The Twister is a highly efficient device for vaporizing solvents
from DWP, micro titer plates, 1.5 ml HPLC and Eppendorf vials.
In principle the function is a combination of shaking movements,
heating and vacuum. A special program processes these three parameters
in dependency on time.
Sixty different out-of-the-box programs allow for vaporizing the dissolver,
taking dissolver quantity, ingredients and the maximum applicable
temperature into account. The windows API (program interface) enables
you to control the process with your own set of programs from your PC.
The Twister is highly efficient and easy to use.
The vacuum control implements a leakage system controlled with either
air or Nitrogen. Therefore the system uses a simple and cost efficient
sliding vane rotary pump. This type of pump is considerably more efficient
for dissolvers with a high boiling point.
CombiChemStation
The new CombiChemStation CCS 224 is a semiautomatic
apparatus suited for nearly all synthesis laboratories. The
heat- and coolable shaking platform makes it possible to work
with up to 24 reaction vessels at one time. Via an outlet- / inlet
adapterplate gases and liquids can be transfered into the
selected reaction vessels. Accessories enables the user to
work with building blocks (solid-liquid-chemistry) as well as
normal liquid-liquid synthesis.
Chromatographie Station
The chromatographiestation LC10 Flash enables the
user to work with up to 10 separationchannels in parallel.
Samples are transferred to the separation cartridge via
manuel switching valves. Solvents and eluents individually
can be switched to the cartridges, fraction collector or waste.
Every one of the 10 channels can be used separately.
Prepacked separation cartridges are available or the user
himself is packing his cartridges to save money and sorbent.
Solvent Manager
The solvent manager "Solvman" is an additional component
to the CCS 224. Via solenoid valves, pressure and vacuum,
gases and liquids can be transfered to or suck off from the
single reaction vessels. Easy to use coupling elements enables
the user to work with every system configuration. The CombiTimer
is used to control heating and shaking rates of the CCS 224, as
well as solvents and gas transfer from the Solvman to selected
reaction vessels.
